Now that you have decided to form your personal Nevis Offshore Foundation, we will now guide you through the easy foundation formation process, which includes the completion of the simple foundation formation form, one step at a time.

At the bottom of this page you will find the two Nevis offshore foundation packages: the main package with council member you appoint and the nominee foundation package a single nominee council member in three currencies options to choose from. You must ensure that you have properly filled the foundation formation form and that you have provided all the data correctly. This will ensure that your Nevis foundation is processed as quickly as possible with no delays.

  1. First, choose the Nevis multiform foundation package and the currency most suitable for you. After you make your choice, please CLICK the corresponding LINK and a form will appear for foundation formation.
  2. Fill all the applicable boxes with the required information starting with your choice of foundation name with the appropriate ending, and the type of Nevis multiform foundation form.
  3. After you select the offshore foundation details required, you now have many options (additional services) to choose from if you wish to. Carefully review this section for these options.
  4. When you have completely filled in the foundation details and selected the options, please fill out the address to which you want the documents for your Nevis foundation to be sent. This must be a physical address as P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable.
  5. Your next step will bet to choose the most suitable method of payment. Once that is done, press the "Submit" button. An invoice will be automatically generated for your Nevis foundation and any selected supplementary services. We recommend you double check for correctness. When you are completely satisfied save and or print a copy of the invoice for your own files.
  6. We then recommend contact us by phone, email or fax to let us know that you have just processed an order, and indicate the form of payment always quote the invoice number in all your correspondence to us.
    1. A CLEAR CERTIFIED COPY OF THE VALID PASSPORT pages containing a photograph and signature. In the case where a passport is not available, a national ID card such as is issued in the EU. PASSPORT OR ID SHOULD BE CERTIFIED by one of the following: Notary public, Banker, your embassy.
    2. ORIGINAL CHARACTER REFERENCE, from your bank OR attorney OR accountant OR your broker OR your Embassy.
    3. Completed and signed Founder Declaration Form (FDF) by all founders. (We provide this form after we receive your order and payment.) These documents must be couriered to us and should be in English or a certified translation into English.

To facilitate the procedure we may start the foundation formation process after you have emailed a scan of the above mentioned documents but your foundation will be shipped to you only after we have received the originals by courier post (use ONLY FedEx, DHL or UPS)
